CĂTĂLIN RĂDUCANU

Cătălin Răducanu is a graduate of the Dinu Lipatti National College of Arts and the National University of Music in Bucharest. He studied piano with Alma Peter and with Vlad Dimulescu, Dana Borșan and Viniciu Moroianu.

He won numerous national and international competitions and had the privilege of giving concerts in Germany, Hungary, France and Italy. He perfected himself in masterclasses with renowned teachers: Gabriel Amiraș, Andrei Gavrilov, Cristian Beldi and others. He was awarded a scholarship twice by Unimir and by the Margareta of Romania Royal Foundation.

In addition to the professionalism and dedication with which he concretizes classical music in solo or chamber forms, Cătălin Răducanu carries out projects where he plays jazz and is also a composer. He is currently a PhD student in his third year under the guidance of the illustrious musician Dan Dediu. He is also the accompanist pianist of the Dinu Lipatti National College of Arts.
