  • studied at Scotch College in Melbourne (piano with prof. Mikhail Solovei and violin with prof. Leonid Zeyde)
  • made his orchestral debut at age fourteen playing Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto no. 1 in Melba Hall, Melbourne Conservatorium
