He studied classical guitar with master Joaquin Clerch at the “Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf” and graduated from the National University of Music Bucharest, classical guitar. He is considered one of the most talented and award-winning guitarists of the new generation. He has performed in the USA, Germany, Greece, Turkey and Austria and has won over 50 national and international awards. In 2018 he formed the jazz chamber project “Radu Valcu Quaret”, with which he performed over 40 concerts in Romania, and in 2021 he released his first album, entitled “Daydream”.
