Between 2 and 24 September 2017, over 70 creation workshops will be opened to the public of Bucharest, including residents and artists who have come especially for this year’s edition of the George Enescu International Festival.
For four weekends in a row, 02/03, 09/10, 16/17 and 23/24 September 2017, between 12.00 and 20.00, visual artists specialised in painting, sculpture, drawing, ceramics, glass, textiles and metal will wait for you at their workshops’ addresses! Aside from seeing the spaces where they create, you can see small exhibitions and works in various stages of creation, or live demonstrations of their working techniques.
You will have access to special offers, the possibility to register for classes or simply to spend time in a special company, over a glass of wine. The programme and the addresses of the workshops, the maps and profiles of the independent artists are available at Ateliere.Net. You can also download the Ateliere smartphone app for iOS and Android platforms, which gives you the chance to contact the artists directly and helps guide you by GPS to the addresses of the chosen workshops.
