Six young cellists from France, Turkey, Romania, South Korea, United States of America and Japan will follow their dream of becoming great musicians of the world, at the Enescu Competition 2016. They will give recitals starting 4.00 p.m., on the stage of the Romanian Athenaeum, on the second day of Round II of the Competition, Cello Section.

The recitals will be broadcast live on the Enescu Festival website and internationally on Medici TV.

At the end of Round II, the special jury of the Cello Section will choose the young artists who will enter the Semifinal and who will thus be one step closer to winning the Enescu Competition 2016.
