The Cello Section Semifinal starts at 4 PM. This evening, the public will know the finalists!

Six young musicians from Russia, Japan, Spain, Turkey, the United States of America and Romania perform on the stage of the Romanian Athenaeum starting 4 PM in the Semifinal of the Cello Section in the Enescu Competition 2016.

Their recitals will be broadcasted live on our website, www.festivalenescu.ro and on Medici TV.

This evening, the public will know the finalists of the Cello Section, the three young musicians selected by the specialized jury to enter the Cello Section Final, which takes place on September 13 and consists of three concerts with orchestra. At the end of the Final, the winner of the Enescu Competition 2016, Cello Section will be announced.
