Vladimir Malinovski

Vladimir Malinowski was born in Russia. From 1971 to 76 he studied cello as a concert instrument and music teaching at the Hochschule Swerdlowsk and went on to study a further degree in Music.Whilst studying he performed as solo cellist for the Ural Philharmonic Orchestra until 1990.
In 1977 Vladimir Malinowski was a prize winner in the National Music Competition.

From 1990 – 1992 he taught as cello Professor at the Hochschule for Music Swerdlowsk.In 1993 he moved to Vienna and since then has performed as solo cellist with the Badener State Orchestra. At the same time since 1996 Professor Malinovski has taught solo cello at the Klosterneuburg Music School and led various masterclasses in Austria and Germany. His students have won prizes in national and international competitions.
